employment contracts
4 Credits
When a new start-up starts to grow, it may be time to bring new employees on board to deal with specific tasks requiring specific expertise. Your new employee will expect to have an employee contract, which sets out the key headlines (salary, benefits, holidays etc). You will also want the agreement to cover essential protections for your business, such as disciplinary procedures, termination rights and working duties.
An employment contract is usually a fairly simple document, but is essential to protecting both the employer and employee.
